Returns
 
Our return policy spans a duration of 30 days from the date of your purchase. If this 30-day period has elapsed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot facilitate a refund or exchange.
 
To qualify for a return, your item must remain unused and in the same pristine condition as when it was originally received. It should also be enclosed in its original packaging.
 
Several categories of products are not eligible for returns. This includes perishable items like food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines, as well as intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.
 
Additionally, the following items cannot be returned:
 
1. Gift cards
2. Downloadable software products
3. Certain health and personal care items
 
To initiate a return, we require a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
 
Please refrain from returning your purchase directly to the manufacturer.
 
Partial refunds may be granted in specific circumstances:
 
1. Books with evident signs of use
2. Opened CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record
3. Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not attributable to our error
4. Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
 
Refunds (if applicable)
 
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will send you an email notifying you of its receipt and whether your refund has been approved or declined.
 
If approved, the refund will be processed automatically, credited to your original method of payment or credit card, within a specified number of days.
 
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
 
If your refund has not yet appeared in your bank account, please begin by checking your account again. You may also wish to contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay in posting the refund. Additionally, get in touch with your bank, as there is often some processing time involved before a refund is reflected.

Sale Items (if applicable)
 
Regrettably, only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds, and sale items are exempt from this provision.
 
Exchanges (if applicable)
 
We exclusively replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please send an email to [info@royalecollections.com] and dispatch your item to:

Gifts
 
If your item was designated as a gift upon purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equivalent to the value of your return. Subsequently, upon receipt of the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
 
In cases where the item was not designated as a gift during purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to present it to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, who will be informed of the return.

You will be responsible for covering the shipping expenses associated with returning your item, as shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event of a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
 
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location. If we are responsible for shipping an item to you, a charge of 150rs will be applied to your order. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
